Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, or secured buildings in Little Ferry?

Accepted Answer

Many residences here are multi-family dwellings or garden apartments with shared main entrances. Provide the specific unit number and any buzzer or gate codes at checkout. These details allow the courier to access the building and deliver directly to the unit door rather than leaving the order at a street-level entrance.

Question 2

Are flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the borough's mix of high-traffic commercial corridors and residential side streets. Because street parking is often limited near multi-family homes, couriers need to know if there is a side entrance or a lobby desk. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement is placed correctly at properties that sit close to busy public sidewalks.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, couriers look for a secure porch or leave the order with a neighbor in multi-family units. If a specific bloom is unavailable, a similar flower of equal value is used to maintain the arrangement's size and style. Providing a recipient phone number helps the courier gain entry to gated townhome clusters or secured professional office suites.
