Question 1

How can I be sure my flowers reach the right location in New Riegel?

Accepted Answer

This village includes both standard residential streets and expansive agricultural properties with long driveways. When checking out, specify if the destination is a home within the main grid or a rural farm property that may be set back from the road. For services at the local church or funeral home, provide the name of the deceased to ensure the arrangement is placed in the correct viewing area.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the open-air layout of local residences. Since these homes do not have secured lobbies or mailrooms, we place the flowers in a shaded area on the porch or at a designated side entrance. Including details about preferred side-door access helps our drivers keep the delivery away from the view of the main thoroughfare.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available to receive the gift, we leave it in a protected spot on the property because these homes are generally open-access without gates. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar stem that maintains the same color and shape. Providing a recipient phone number is essential for rural routes where the house is difficult to see from the road.
