Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to addresses in Sussex?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the reception desks of local senior care centers and the front doors of homes within the borough’s compact residential grid. At checkout, enter the specific building name and any unit numbers for the multi-family houses located on the narrow side streets. These details ensure the driver reaches the correct entrance in areas where street numbers are positioned away from the main road.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in Sussex?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-carried to the door to keep the flowers upright on the steep, winding driveways and hilly roads surrounding the borough. Drivers use front-door delivery for residential streets and service entrances for the small commercial shops in the town center. Providing instructions for properties with long, private gravel drives helps us avoid delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we look for a shaded spot on the porch or contact them to coordinate a safe drop-off. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal or greater value that matches the original color palette. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us locate properties set back from the road or those with gated access.
