Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different locations in Ogdensburg?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries here serve residential homes on winding hills and small community buildings. Enter the house number and any specific gate or long driveway details at checkout. This ensures the driver finds the correct entrance for houses set far back from the street.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

Orders are hand-delivered to manage the steep, narrow side streets and private drives throughout the borough. Hand delivery protects the arrangement from the movement common with boxed shipping on these hilly routes. Provide notes about side entrances or porches tucked away from the road for the safest placement.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver leaves the flowers on a porch area out of sight from the main road. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety to ensure the delivery reaches the residential property on time. Sharing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver if they encounter a locked gate or a long, private driveway.
