Question 1

How are deliveries handled at local resort complexes and gated communities?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building name and unit number for deliveries to the large resort properties and gated residential clusters found throughout the borough. Including a gate code or concierge name at checkout allows the driver to pass security checkpoints and reach the correct building within these multi-acre sites. This detail is necessary to navigate sprawling properties with multiple entrance points.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas in this borough?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to suit the borough’s combination of compact historic streets and residences with long, winding driveways. This approach ensures the arrangement arrives intact regardless of the steep hills or unpaved entrances common in the outlying areas. Providing a phone number helps the driver locate specific house numbers that are often set back far from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is missing?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the flowers in a sheltered spot, as many hillside homes are exposed to high winds. For floral substitutions, a similar variety is chosen to keep the arrangement’s shape and color profile consistent. Including a recipient's mobile number prevents failed deliveries for properties where the entrance is restricted by a security gate or a long private drive.
