Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in this area?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to residential properties with long driveways and small commercial buildings along the main highway corridor. For funeral homes or professional offices, enter the specific building name and suite number at checkout. These details are necessary because many structures are spread far apart and sit back from the primary road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the area's layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box. Because the area consists of low-density housing and winding rural roads, drivers must navigate varied terrain to reach detached homes. Providing gate codes or specific instructions for properties with unpaved entrances helps ensure the driver finds the correct porch.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver identifies a safe, covered area near the entrance to leave the arrangement. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a different variety of equal value that matches the original shape and size. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver locate properties where house numbers are not clearly visible from the street.
