Question 1

How does delivery work for homes and offices on large properties?

Accepted Answer

Properties in this area sit on large acreages or have houses set far back from the road. At checkout, provide gate access codes and specify if the delivery is for a main farmhouse or a separate professional building on the grounds. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct entrance on properties with multiple structures.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas with long driveways?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box. Because the local layout consists of long private drives, drivers deliver directly to the porch of the primary residence. Providing a contact number for the recipient helps avoid delays if the property is gated or has a winding gravel entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver looks for a sheltered area on the porch or at the main door. Since homes are spaced far apart on large lots, we do not leave deliveries with neighbors. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that maintains the style of the arrangement.
