Question 1

How do you manage deliveries to the various types of properties in Frankford?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the front desks of small professional offices and medical clinics found throughout the township. For residential deliveries, please provide house numbers that are clearly visible from the road and any gate codes for private drives. These details help us navigate properties that are set back significantly from the main thoroughfare.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for flowers in this suburban and rural area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive intact after traveling along the township’s winding roads and long driveways. We do not use boxed shipping, which protects the arrangement from shifting during transport across low-density terrain. Providing specific instructions for finding the front door on large, wooded lots helps prevent delivery delays.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is not home or a particular flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will leave the arrangement in a shaded area protected from view from the street. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety that matches the original color and size. Including a recipient's phone number is vital for confirming access to homes located on long, private lanes.
