Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the gated communities and professional offices in Hardyston?

Accepted Answer

Many residences in this township are located within gated communities or professional office clusters that require specific entry. Provide the gate code or suite number at checkout so the driver can pass security checkpoints or find the correct entrance. These details allow the delivery to reach the front desk or private door without being held at a peripheral gate.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with sloped terrain or long driveways in this area?

Accepted Answer

Orders are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to account for the winding roads and sloped driveways common in this township. Drivers bring the arrangement directly to the front door or a designated side entrance. Provide specific instructions at checkout if the house is set back from the main road or shares a private drive.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we look for a sheltered porch or a community gatehouse that accepts deliveries. For substitutions, we use flowers of equal value that match the original style to avoid delays caused by the township's dispersed residential layout. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver find secluded front doors or navigate shared access points.
