Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and professional buildings in Lowellville?

Accepted Answer

In this riverside village, we deliver directly to the main reception desks of professional offices and to the directors of local funeral homes. For residential deliveries on the narrow, sloped streets rising from the river, please specify if the home has a side-entry or a specific porch level. These details ensure the driver finds the correct door on houses with multi-level entrances or steep hillside access.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area and how does the local layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the steep grades and street-side parking typical of the river valley layout. We do not use boxed shipping because many village properties have exposed front porches or narrow stairs where large boxes would be difficult to leave safely. Providing a gate code or secondary contact number helps us navigate properties with fenced perimeters or restricted backyard access.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we look for a protected porch area away from the sidewalk or leave the arrangement with a neighbor. When specific stems are out of stock, we use flowers of equal value that maintain the original color palette and style. Providing a recipient cell phone number helps our drivers manage the limited parking and dead-end streets to find a secure alternative drop-off spot.
