Question 1

How does delivery work for different building types in New Middletown?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential front doors and the main desks of local funeral chapels or small medical offices. Provide the specific wing or room number for medical buildings and the name of the service for chapels at checkout. These details ensure the driver uses the correct entrance on properties with multiple buildings.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered by a driver to the recipient's door rather than being shipped in a box. In this village, drivers use private driveways to reach homes that are often set back from the street. Include any codes for properties with perimeter gates to allow the driver to approach the house.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver leaves the order in a sheltered spot near the primary entrance. If a specific flower is out of stock, the florist replaces it with a similar variety of equal value. Including the recipient's phone number helps the driver confirm the location for houses that are not clearly visible from the main road.
