Question 1

How does delivery work for Hubbard offices and funeral homes?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries are made to the funeral homes located along the main corridors and the professional offices near the town center. Provide the specific suite number or the name of the service at checkout to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance. These details are necessary for navigating the small, multi-tenant buildings found throughout the city.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to Hubbard residential properties?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the variety of close-set village homes and the spread-out properties on the city's outskirts. Provide specific instructions if the house is set back from the road or has a long, shared driveway. This allows the driver to find the correct porch without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will leave the arrangement on a street-shielded porch or in a side-entry mudroom common to the area’s housing. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is selected to maintain the arrangement’s overall appearance. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver locate homes on the winding, peripheral roads that lack clear signage.
