Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in Steubenville?

Accepted Answer

Steubenville contains large medical campuses on the hills and funeral homes located in older residential buildings. Provide the specific wing and room number for medical deliveries or the service time for funeral home orders at checkout. These details are necessary to locate the correct entrance within these multi-level hillside properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to navigate the city's steep hills and narrow residential streets. Provide specific porch or side-door instructions for hilltop homes where the front entrance is difficult to reach from the street. This helps the courier manage the lack of level parking and the steep grades leading to the door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home on a narrow hillside street, we look for a sheltered porch area or contact them via the phone number you provide. Including a local phone number for the recipient helps resolve access issues for secured medical offices or properties with long, gated driveways. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the original color and size.
