Question 1

How does flower delivery work for local hospitals, funeral homes, and professional offices?

Accepted Answer

Most professional and care facilities in this area are single-story buildings with direct parking lot entrances rather than central lobbies. Provide the specific suite number or department name at checkout so the driver can locate the correct entrance immediately. These details ensure the arrangement reaches the specific desk or room within these spread-out complexes.

Question 2

Are flowers delivered in a box or by hand, and how does the area's layout affect this?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the residential layout of this village, where homes are often set back from the main road. Because many properties have long driveways or side-entry porches, specify which door is used for guests to ensure the driver brings the flowers to the correct spot. This prevents delays caused by navigating properties where the front door is not clearly accessible from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, flowers are left on the porch because most residential properties here lack secured mailrooms or lobby attendants. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar variety that matches the original shape and volume. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver confirm delivery at homes that are screened from view by trees or situated on steep grades.
