Question 1

How does delivery work for addresses in Irondale?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries are made directly to residential porches and small business storefronts throughout the valley. Provide the exact house number and specify if the home is located on the main road or a hillside street. These details help the driver identify the correct property among the clusters of homes built along the creek.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box. The open residential layout of the village allows for direct access without the need for gate codes or security desk check-ins. Including a brief description of the house or a specific side entry helps the driver locate the destination on these non-gridded streets.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the arrangement on a covered porch or with a direct neighbor. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a variety of equal value that matches the original shape and size. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver verify the location if the house number is not clearly visible from the narrow valley roads.
