Question 1

How does delivery work for care centers and funeral homes in Toronto?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the main reception of senior care facilities and the designated floral entry at local funeral homes. Provide the specific wing or room number at checkout so the staff can move the arrangement to the recipient. These details ensure the flowers reach the correct room in buildings with multiple private residential areas.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the different areas of the city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to handle the change from the flat streets near the river to the steep, winding roads on the hills. Provide gate codes or driveway access details for properties located on the outskirts of the main residential grid. This ensures the driver can reach the front door directly rather than leaving the order at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver leaves the flowers on a protected front porch or with a neighbor if the houses are close together. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that matches the original color and style. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver find the correct porch for homes with long or hidden driveways.
