Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in New Rumley?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries in New Rumley focus on residential properties and small community centers since there are no large medical campuses or high-rise offices. At checkout, provide the specific name of the community building or church and a direct phone number for the recipient. This helps our drivers locate the correct entrance on these spread-out properties where house numbers are often difficult to see from the road.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the rural layout and long gravel driveways common throughout New Rumley. Drivers navigate these residential routes to place arrangements directly at the front door rather than leaving them at distant roadside mailboxes. Please include instructions if the property has a private gate or specific access path for delivery vehicles.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will leave the arrangement in a protected area on the porch or at the primary residence entrance. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar variety that matches the original size and color profile. Providing a secondary contact number is helpful for rural routes where GPS coordinates may not precisely mark the front door.
