Question 1

How will my flowers be delivered to local offices or medical centers?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the concentrated medical district or downtown professional buildings, provide the specific floor and department name at checkout. For residential properties on the steep hillside terraces, indicate if the main entrance is accessed from the street level or a rear alley. These details help drivers navigate the town's vertical layout and dense residential blocks.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for homes and businesses in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to manage the town’s steep inclines and narrow street parking. Drivers carry arrangements directly to the door to ensure they remain upright on uneven porch steps or terraced walkways. Specifying if a property has a high staircase or limited street access helps avoid delays during the drop-off.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available, we leave the flowers in a sheltered spot or with a neighbor and notify the household. Including a phone number for the recipient helps us verify access to homes with gated porches or steep hillside entries. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value that matches the original style and color.
