Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, or secured buildings in Bridgeport?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to commercial buildings along the riverfront and residential homes located on the steep hillside streets. Provide the specific floor number for multi-unit buildings or indicate if the home is accessed via street-level stairs at checkout. These details ensure the driver reaches the correct entrance in areas where properties are tiered or set above the road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas with narrow streets or hills?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the narrow side streets and limited parking found throughout the town. This method prevents the instability that can occur when items are left on steep inclines or narrow sidewalks. Providing information about side-door access or specific porch locations helps the driver find a flat, stable surface for the arrangement.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we leave the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch or with a neighbor on your specific residential block. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that maintains the same color and shape. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver locate the correct entry point for houses built into the hills or obscured from the road.
