Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and residences in Hannibal?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to industrial sites along the river require a gate contact name and a direct phone number for the recipient at checkout. For residential properties set back from the main road, include house colors or driveway descriptions to help identify the correct entrance. These details ensure the driver can navigate properties that lack standard street-side numbering along the river valley.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the local river valley layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to handle the elevation changes and winding roads of the hillside residential areas. Drivers navigate long, private driveways and rural access points to place the flowers directly at the door. Providing specific entry instructions at checkout helps avoid delays caused by unmarked property entrances or restricted riverfront access points.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver places the flowers in a sheltered area on the property that is hidden from the main road. When a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that matches the original color palette. Providing a secondary contact number or gate code at checkout reduces the risk of a failed delivery at gated riverfront or hillside properties.
