Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

This borough features many professional suites and assisted living centers with multiple wings or shared entries. Please include the suite number or wing name at checkout so we can find the correct desk in these non-traditional office layouts. For residential deliveries, noting if the house has a side entrance or is on a corner lot helps us identify the right door.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

We hand-deliver all arrangements to navigate the borough’s layout of older, single-family homes that sit close to the street. Providing details about a side porch or unit entrance helps us place the flowers safely away from the sidewalk and public foot traffic. Our drivers use these specific access details to ensure a direct hand-off in these compact residential areas.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we look for a secure location like a screened-in porch or a gated side yard. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute that keeps the original size and style of the arrangement. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us resolve issues if a property has a shared driveway or a fenced perimeter that prevents front-door access.
