Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different building types in Helmetta?

Accepted Answer

For the large converted mill apartment complex, you must provide the specific unit number and any building access codes at checkout. Deliveries to the surrounding residential grid require a confirmed house number due to the close proximity of the dwellings. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct entry point in this high-density layout.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and dropped off in this borough?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the recipient's door or the lobby of the borough's apartment lofts. The compact street layout and narrow parking areas require drivers to locate the most accessible entrance for a direct hand-off. Including the recipient's phone number prevents delays if a front gate or lobby door is locked.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient at the converted mill lofts is unavailable, the delivery is left with the building management or in the designated secure package area. For single-family homes on the residential streets, drivers place the flowers in a sheltered spot on the porch or side entrance. If a specific bloom is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar flower of equal value to keep the arrangement's shape.
