Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the gated communities and senior living campuses in Monroe?

Accepted Answer

Many residences in this city are located within gated active-adult communities or large assisted living campuses. You must provide the specific gate code and the name of the residential cluster at checkout. This information allows the driver to pass through security checkpoints and navigate to the correct building.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered given the suburban layout of the city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the door rather than shipped in a box. Because many properties here have long driveways or restricted-access gates, a recipient phone number is required. This ensures the driver can contact the resident for access if a gate is locked.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot access a secured building or the recipient is not home?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver may leave the flowers with a community concierge or at a clubhouse desk if the property allows. When specific flowers are out of stock, we use a similar variety that matches the original shape and color. Providing a secondary contact number reduces the risk of a failed delivery at a security gate.
