Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to local funeral homes and multi-family residences?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the staff at local funeral homes and the main offices of senior living complexes. For residential deliveries on narrow streets with multi-unit houses, please include the specific apartment or floor number at checkout. This ensures the driver brings the arrangement to the correct entrance.

Question 2

How are the flowers transported and dropped off?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box. In residential areas where houses are positioned close together, please indicate if there is a side porch or a specific gate we should use. Providing these details helps us find the right entry point when street parking is limited.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we leave the flowers in a secure spot on a porch or with a neighbor if the front door is directly on the sidewalk. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the original color palette. Providing the recipient's phone number helps us resolve access issues for properties with locked fences.
