Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Monroe Township?

Accepted Answer

This township contains many gated active adult communities and large healthcare complexes with multiple wings. Provide the specific building name, room number, or gate access code at checkout so the driver can navigate security checkpoints. These details allow for direct delivery to the front desk or a specific residential unit within these sprawling layouts.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city's layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered because the township’s suburban layout often includes long driveways and homes set back far from the main road. Hand delivery ensures the flowers are placed directly at the front door rather than at a roadside mailbox. Please include specific instructions if the property is located on a private road or within a restricted-access community.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will attempt to leave the arrangement with a community gatehouse or the reception desk of a residential facility. If a specific flower is unavailable, a florist will use a different bloom of equal value that maintains the same look. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver coordinate access if a security guard or front desk requires authorization.
