Question 1

How does delivery work for the large corporate parks and medical complexes in this township?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to our sprawling research and corporate campuses, you must provide the specific building letter, wing, or floor. This information allows our drivers to find the correct reception desk or security checkpoint within these large professional sites. Providing a direct suite number prevents the order from being held up at a central mailroom.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to our multi-story apartment and condo developments?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered directly to the recipient or a secured building entrance. Because many local residential complexes have controlled access, please include a gate code or instructions for the leasing office at checkout. This ensures the arrangement is placed in a secure indoor location rather than an outdoor common area.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not at a corporate office or apartment, we coordinate with the front desk or building security to leave the item in a secure spot. We use the recipient's phone number to notify them of the delivery location within their building. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety of equal value to maintain the same dimensions and color profile.
