Question 1

How do deliveries work for the large corporate campuses and healthcare centers in Skillman?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to large corporate sites and healthcare centers are made to the central security desk or reception area. You must provide the recipient's department name and floor number at checkout. This information is required for site staff to accept the delivery and route it internally.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a residential property in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the long private driveways and set-back homes found throughout this area. If the property has a gated entrance or a keypad, you must include the entry code in your delivery notes. This ensures the arrangement reaches the front door rather than being left at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or if a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

For recipients at large residential estates, the driver will leave the flowers in a location not visible from the main road if no one answers. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute a flower of the same value to preserve the original shape and style. Providing a recipient's phone number helps us resolve gate access or office location issues immediately.
