Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the varied property types in East Amwell Township?

Accepted Answer

For residential farms and estate properties, provide any gate codes or specific entry instructions at checkout. This allows access to homes set far back from the main rural roads. If delivering to township municipal buildings, include the department name to ensure the flowers reach the correct desk.

Question 2

How are flowers transported across the township’s rural layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the door rather than left at mailbox clusters or roadside entrances common to these large acreage lots. Providing a description of the house color or mailbox number helps drivers identify properties with long, shared driveways. This direct hand-delivery prevents items from being left in unprotected areas near the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will look for a shaded porch or protected entryway shielded from the wind. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar variety of equal value is used to keep the arrangement's size and style consistent. Including the recipient’s phone number helps resolve access issues for properties with locked farm gates.
