Question 1

How does delivery work for offices, senior living, and apartment complexes in Hillsborough Township?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the township’s large corporate campuses and multi-building apartment complexes require a specific building number and suite. For residential homes on winding suburban streets, provide the house number clearly to help drivers identify the correct property. These details allow the driver to navigate past main security desks or find the right entry point in spread-out developments.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to properties with long driveways or restricted access?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the township's mix of residential clusters and rural properties. Because many homes have long driveways or are set back from the road, drivers bring the arrangement directly to the front door. Providing gate codes or instructions for properties with restricted access helps avoid delays at the entrance of private communities.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or if a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at an office or a senior care facility, we leave the arrangement with the front desk or concierge. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar one to ensure the delivery is completed on the requested date. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us coordinate access if we encounter a secured residential gate or a locked apartment foyer.
