Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large campuses and secured buildings in Montgomery?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to large medical and corporate campuses, provide the specific wing or department name at checkout. These complexes have separate entrances for staff, patients, and administrative offices. Accurate room or suite details allow the driver to find the correct reception desk within these multi-building sites.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered given the layout of this area?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery to navigate the long driveways and properties set far back from the main road. Provide any gate codes or entry instructions for houses located on private lanes or behind security gates. This ensures the flowers reach the front door rather than being left at the end of a driveway or at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a residence or office park?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we look for a sheltered area on the porch because houses here are spaced too far apart to leave items with a neighbor. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute a similar bloom to ensure the delivery reaches the campus or residence on the scheduled day. A recipient phone number is required to manage access to secured residential estates and large corporate complexes.
