Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings?

Accepted Answer

For corporate campuses and research parks, you must provide the building letter and department to pass security checkpoints. In the residential center, specify if the driver should use a side door because houses sit directly on the sidewalk with no front yard. These details help the driver find the correct entrance in both high-security and high-density areas.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the long driveways and wooded lots found throughout the township. If the property is set back from the road or has a gated entrance, provide the access code at checkout. This process ensures the arrangement reaches the front door of large estates and rural residences.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a sheltered spot or with a neighbor for houses on shared driveways. If a specific bloom is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar flower of equal value. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver locate properties where the front door is hidden from the road by trees.
