Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of properties in Rocky Hill?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to both historic residential homes and professional office suites within the borough. Provide the specific suite number for office buildings and the exact house number for residential properties on the compact historic streets. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct entrance in areas where buildings are closely spaced.

Question 2

How are the flowers transported and delivered within the borough?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the small-town layout and narrow street parking. We do not use shipping boxes or mail carriers. Include information about side entrances or porch access, as many local homes have entries situated close to the sidewalk or along shared driveways.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the driver places the arrangement in a protected area on the porch or at the side door of the residence. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that fits the original design. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver locate the correct door on properties where multiple buildings share a single driveway.
