Question 1

How are deliveries handled for medical office clusters or gated residential properties?

Accepted Answer

For medical offices, please provide the building number and suite for accurate desk drop-off. Gated residential entries require a gate code or a recipient's phone number to allow driver entry. These details prevent delays when navigating properties with restricted access or multiple buildings.

Question 2

How does the suburban layout affect the delivery of the flowers?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door, never left at a mailbox or shipped in a box. Drivers navigate long private driveways to place the flowers on a porch or at a designated side entrance. Providing a description of unique property markers helps the driver find homes set back from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will call them to confirm if the flowers can be left with a neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the original color palette. Including the recipient's mobile number reduces the chance of a failed delivery at homes with secure gates.
