Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large residential estates and horse farms in Colts Neck?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the front door of the main house on these expansive properties. Provide any gate codes or specific instructions for long private driveways during checkout. These details allow the driver to access the residence rather than leaving the order at a distant roadside entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the town’s low-density and rural layout?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to navigate the set-back homes and private roads common in this area. Drivers travel up winding driveways to ensure the flowers reach the residence personally. Including a description of the property entrance or a visible house marker helps the driver find the correct estate.

Question 3

What happens if a gate is locked or the recipient is not at the residence?

Accepted Answer

If a secured entrance prevents access to the estate, we contact the recipient to coordinate a safe drop-off location. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value. Providing a secondary phone number for the property owner or staff prevents failed deliveries at closed gates.
