Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and secured buildings in Sheffield Lake?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries in this lakeside community are made to private residences and the small commercial offices lining the shore road. For multi-unit buildings or professional offices, enter the specific suite number or department at checkout so the driver can find the correct entrance. This detail is required because many residential properties here are set back significantly from the main roadway.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes across the city?

Accepted Answer

We hand-deliver all arrangements across these suburban residential blocks and streets near the water. Most homes in this area have open-access porches or side driveways where the driver can leave the flowers directly. Providing gate codes for shoreline properties or instructions for fenced yards helps the driver complete the delivery without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the flowers on the porch or by the side door of the house. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that preserves the design. Including the recipient's phone number helps the driver if they encounter a long driveway or a property with limited street visibility.
