Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, and secured buildings in Lorain?

Accepted Answer

For the sprawling medical campuses and multi-story office complexes in the city, you must provide the specific department, floor, and suite number. These large facilities often have centralized reception areas or restricted access points that require these details for navigation. A recipient phone number is necessary to coordinate entry through secured lobby doors.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to different property types across the city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of historic homes with high porches and newer residential developments with deep setbacks. Deliveries to the downtown corridor involve navigating limited street parking to reach storefronts and upper-level units directly. Providing gate codes for private residential entries helps our staff reach the front door without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we look for a protected porch area common to local residential streets or leave the delivery with a nearby neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color and shape. Accurate secondary contact numbers and gate access information are the best ways to prevent failed deliveries at multi-family residences.
