Question 1

How does delivery work for the city's business parks, hotels, and secured buildings?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the city's sprawling business parks and multi-story hotels require a suite number, department name, or guest room at checkout. These details are necessary for the driver to find the correct lobby among the city's clustered commercial and industrial developments. For deliveries to secured corporate offices, we follow the building's specific protocol for courier drop-offs at the front desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential and commercial areas in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the city's high-traffic business corridors and sprawling commercial layouts. This method allows the driver to access specific building entrances and loading zones that boxed shipping cannot reach. Providing a suite number or gate code is the most effective way to avoid delays at secured corporate campuses or gated residential developments.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a commercial office or hotel, the driver leaves the order with the front desk or lobby security. For residential locations without a secure porch, we use the recipient's phone number to arrange a drop-off with a nearby neighbor. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal size and value to maintain the order's appearance.
