Question 1

How are deliveries handled for the different building types in Olde West Chester?

Accepted Answer

We navigate a mix of historic residential streets and sprawling professional office complexes. For deliveries to corporate offices or medical buildings, please provide the specific floor, suite, or department name. These details ensure the flowers reach a staffed reception desk rather than a general building lobby.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to ensure they arrive safely?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate properties with long driveways or secured professional entrances. Please provide any gate codes or specific instructions for side-door access at checkout. This allows us to place the arrangement directly with a person or in a secure area away from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we find a location shielded from the street view common in our suburban neighborhoods. For deliveries to large-scale medical campuses, we verify that the specific department can accept the flowers to prevent them from being misplaced. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value and style.
