Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and medical centers in Springdale?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to multi-story office parks and medical complexes require a specific suite number and floor level at checkout. For secured professional buildings, provide the name of the desk attendant or security station. These details allow the driver to access restricted areas and complete the hand-off.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to local apartments and retail centers?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the recipient's door or a staffed reception desk. For gated apartment communities or retail strips with large parking lots, provide the entry code and the specific unit name. This ensures the driver navigates the property layout directly to the correct entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present at an office or apartment, the driver will seek a leasing office or neighbor to accept the delivery. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a stem of equal value to maintain the arrangement's dimensions. Providing the recipient's phone number prevents delays when the driver encounters a buzzer or locked exterior door.
