Question 1

How will my flowers be delivered to local offices or senior living centers?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to multi-wing senior communities or office complexes in the central business district, you must provide the specific wing name or floor number at checkout. These buildings often have secured entry points that require a door code or check-in at a central reception desk. Including these details ensures the courier reaches the correct interior location rather than just the main gate.

Question 2

Are the flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a cardboard box?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the city’s unique residential layout of deep cul-de-sacs and houses oriented toward common green spaces. This method ensures the flowers are placed at the primary street-side entrance of the home. Providing specific instructions for porch access helps the driver navigate properties where the front door is set back from the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there to receive the delivery?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will look for a secure spot at the street-side entrance or leave the order with a building manager in gated apartment clusters. When a specific flower is unavailable, a florist selects a replacement of equal value that matches the original style. Including a secondary gate code or a neighbor’s contact information helps prevent a failed delivery at properties with restricted access.
