Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to secured residential areas and professional buildings in Wetherington?

Accepted Answer

Wetherington's landscape includes several gated residential developments and professional office parks that require security clearance for entry. When placing your order, include any gate access codes or the specific department name for office deliveries. This allows the driver to proceed directly to the recipient's door without being held at a security kiosk.

Question 2

What delivery method is used for homes with large lots or private drives?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries are made by hand to accommodate the low-density residential layout and large private properties found here. Since many homes feature long driveways or gated perimeters, please specify if the delivery should be left at a front gate or brought to the main entrance. Providing these details ensures the driver can navigate the property layout efficiently.

Question 3

What happens if a delivery cannot be completed due to restricted property access?

Accepted Answer

If a gate is locked and we cannot reach you, the order will return to the shop for a second attempt once access is confirmed. In cases where a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute with a variety of equal value to ensure the arrangement remains complete. Including the recipient’s gate code or a secondary contact number reduces the risk of a failed delivery due to restricted property access.
