Question 1

How does delivery work for the university buildings and local residences in New Concord?

Accepted Answer

This village contains a mix of private homes and a central campus with several academic and residential buildings. For deliveries to campus housing or administrative offices, you must provide the specific building name and room number. This ensures the driver goes to the correct entry point rather than a general campus mail center.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the village layout?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box. The town layout combines traditional residential streets with academic zones where parking is often limited near building entrances. Providing details about porch access or building reception desks helps the driver complete the drop-off without blocking narrow village roadways.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient or flower availability?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will leave the flowers in a secure area like a porch or with a designated building attendant. When a specific flower is unavailable, a similar variety is substituted to keep the arrangement size and style the same. Including the recipient's phone number prevents failed deliveries at student housing or offices with restricted entrance hours.
