Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and community buildings in Sandyston?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific property name or visible driveway markers at checkout for deliveries to rural residences and small community buildings. This township contains many homes with long, shared access roads or entrances hidden behind dense treelines. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct residence among the wooded acreage.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the township's spread-out residential layout and winding rural roads. Drivers navigate long, narrow, or unpaved private drives to reach the front door directly. Please include any gate codes or specific instructions if the house is not visible from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home when the delivery arrives?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver leaves the arrangement in a sheltered area near the primary entrance. Because homes here are often set back far from the road, a working phone number for the recipient is required to confirm the drop-off location. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color scheme.
