Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

In this city, professional offices often operate out of converted historic buildings or medical campuses with multiple entrances. Provide the specific floor number and suite name at checkout to ensure the driver identifies the correct door. These details are necessary because many downtown addresses have shared street-level entries.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered because the city layout includes both dense town-center streets with limited parking and outlying residential properties with long driveways. Include specific notes about porch access or side-door entries to help the driver navigate these different property types. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement is placed correctly at the door rather than left at a distant roadside mailbox.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will look for a secure location away from the public sidewalk, which is common for homes built close to the roadway here. When a specific flower is out of stock, a similar flower of equal value is substituted to keep the order on schedule. Providing a recipient phone number is the best way to resolve access issues for downtown buildings with locked main entrances.
