Question 1

How do you deliver to local homes and healthcare facilities?

Accepted Answer

For village residences, provide the house number and specify if there is a preferred side-entry or front porch for placement. Our drivers navigate residential blocks with deep setbacks, so clear house numbers are required at checkout. If sending to the local care center, include the wing or room number so the front desk can direct the arrival.

Question 2

How are flowers transported to addresses in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door or reception area rather than shipped in a box. This village layout consists of detached homes with open access, allowing for direct delivery to porches or side steps. Providing details about long driveways or specific property layouts helps the driver reach the correct entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is present, the driver will leave the arrangement in a sheltered area of the porch or side entry out of view from the street. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value that maintains the same color profile. Providing a recipient phone number allows us to confirm a secure drop-off location on the property.
