Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

For the medical campus, provide the specific wing or department name because patient rooms are situated in a separate building from the outpatient clinics. At the downtown offices, include the suite number so the driver finds the correct entrance among the attached storefronts. These details prevent the driver from being stopped by staff-only access points.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s layout of single-story ranch homes and open-access residential streets. Since properties here lack secured lobbies, we deliver directly to the front door or a side porch. Indicate if the property has a fence or a specific gate for locations with larger lots at the edge of town.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present, the driver leaves the arrangement in a sheltered area on the porch or with a nearby neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal value to maintain the arrangement's size. Providing the recipient’s phone number is critical for locating houses on the long, shared driveways found on the outskirts of the city.
