Question 1

How does delivery work for medical facilities and homes in Coldwater?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the central medical campus require a specific building wing and room number so the reception staff can direct the driver. For residential homes, entering whether to use the front porch or a side entrance at checkout ensures correct placement. These details are necessary to navigate the connected medical buildings and the deep lots of local residential properties.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

We hand-deliver all arrangements to the front door of houses or the main desk of local business offices. The town's grid-style layout allows our drivers to walk flowers directly from the street to the property entrance. Including notes about fenced yards or specific office door locations helps the driver find the correct drop-off point.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we leave the flowers with a next-door neighbor or in a covered area out of view from the street. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value and similar appearance. Providing a phone number for the recipient helps us coordinate if they are currently at home or on-site at a local manufacturing plant.
