Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to New Bremen’s corporate offices and residential areas?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to large manufacturing complexes and corporate campuses are routed through central security desks or main reception areas. Please include the recipient's department name and a direct phone number to assist site security with internal routing. For residential addresses, providing details on porch access or specific side-door locations ensures the item is placed correctly.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this town?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of compact village blocks and sprawling industrial parks. Providing a gate code or identifying a specific entrance for large office campuses helps the driver reach the correct building without delay. This manual process ensures the arrangement is placed exactly where requested, whether at a front desk or a home entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is unavailable, we look for a sheltered porch or leave a notification if the property has open access. For deliveries to major industrial sites, items are left with the designated front desk or security station if the recipient is not at their desk. A secondary contact number is used to resolve access issues if a gate is locked or a security protocol has changed.
