Question 1

How does delivery work for the area's large manufacturing plants and professional offices?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to large industrial campuses and manufacturing plants, provide the specific gate number or designated administrative entrance at checkout. These facilities have secure perimeters, so indicating the correct reception desk or building letter ensures the driver can access the property. Including the recipient’s shift time or department name helps the delivery reach the correct person within these expansive complexes.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential and downtown properties?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered directly to the recipient to avoid the risks of boxed shipping. The layout of the village includes both street-front properties and homes with deep setbacks, so please specify if there is a side porch or secondary entrance. Providing these details helps the driver locate the correct door on properties that sit far back from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will leave the arrangement in a secure, covered area like a porch or entryway common to these detached homes. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a variety of equal value that maintains the original design's shape and size. Providing a recipient’s phone number helps the driver resolve access issues at properties with locked gates or restricted industrial entrances.
