Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of buildings in New Knoxville?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to residential porches, village church offices, and the administrative desks of the manufacturing facilities located on the outskirts of town. For deliveries to industrial sites, you must provide the specific department name or building entrance to ensure the driver finds the correct office. For funeral services, include the scheduled service time to ensure the arrangement is placed in the viewing area before the family arrives.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered and how does the city layout affect the arrival?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered in open containers rather than shipped in cardboard boxes. The village's low-density residential layout allows our drivers to park easily and walk arrangements directly to front doors or side porches. Providing clear instructions regarding side-door access or specific porch locations helps avoid delays on the wide, tree-lined residential streets.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a shaded spot on the porch or with a nearby neighbor. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar stem of equal value to keep the arrangement the same size and color. Including the recipient’s phone number is necessary to coordinate timing for deliveries to the more distant rural properties surrounding the main village grid.
